Focused, private therapy designed for meaningful change in less time
intensive therapy
a different approach to therapy
You’re used to managing. Showing up. Holding everything together.
From the outside, things look stable. Internally, something feels off, unresolved, or harder to carry.
Traditional therapy can feel slow when you’re navigating complex stress, trauma, or high-stakes decisions.
Intensives create the space to move through what’s been sitting beneath the surface without stopping and restarting week after week.
➡️ Extended, uninterrupted sessions
➡️ Targeted focus on what matters most
➡️ Designed for depth, not maintenance
This is not ongoing therapy stretched over time. It’s intentional, structured, and built for progress.

— Complex PTSD Recovery Client
“Before my intensive, I felt completely stuck. Traditional therapy helped, but the progress was slow, and I kept feeling triggered. After just one day, I finally processed memories I had been carrying for years. This experience changed my life.”
— Former EMDR Intensive Client
“Jessica is an amazing Therapist. She is empathetic, truly listens and provides valuable/relevant feedback when necessary. She helped me during some of the hardest moments in my life, after an unsuccessful pregnancy during the pandemic while still trying to navigate my career. I would recommend her services to anyone who needs an experienced therapist.”
