A unique approach to therapy

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) combines medically managed ketamine treatment with psychotherapy to support intentional, trauma-informed therapeutic work.

Ketamine is prescribed and medically managed by an independent qualified medical provider. At The Top Wellness does not prescribe or dispense ketamine.

Is kap right for you?

Ketamine experiences can bring forward emotions, memories, insights, or new perspectives. KAP provides a therapeutic framework for exploring that material rather than navigating the experience on your own.

KAP may be worth exploring if you’re experiencing:

✔️ Trauma or unresolved difficult experiences
✔️ Anxiety or persistent emotional patterns
✔️ Significant stress or life transitions
✔️Concerns that haven’t shifted through traditional weekly therapy

I work especially well with professionals and leaders who function at a high level while carrying stress, anxiety, or unresolved experiences privately.

Your medical provider determines whether IV ketamine is medically appropriate. We’ll separately determine whether KAP with me is an appropriate fit for your therapeutic needs.

What to Expect

Your IV Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy Program

KAP provides therapeutic support throughout your IV ketamine treatment series

⟶ Thoughtful Preparation for the therapeutic process, discuss and approach your first infusion with intention

⟶ Processing & Integration to explore what emerges from your ketamine experiences

⟶ Meaningful Application to connect insights to your broader therapeutic goals

⟶ Collaborative Care with your medical provider when clinically appropriate and authorized

PREP → KAP → integrate

Integration is the therapeutic work that happens after a ketamine experience.

Rather than simply discussing what happened, we may explore:

✓ Emotions or memories that surfaced
✓ Recurring themes or patterns
✓ Changes in perspective
✓ Connections to your therapeutic goals
✓ Ways to carry meaningful insights into everyday life

Not every experience needs to produce a major insight. Integration gives you space to thoughtfully work with whatever emerges.
