VIRTUAL immigration EVALUATIONS

I provide immigration psychological evaluations for individuals navigating humanitarian and family-based immigration cases, with a focus on documenting the psychological impact of trauma, abuse, and family separation.

All evaluations are conducted through secure virtual sessions and are available to clients located in Maryland (MD), Washington DC, Virginia (VA), Texas (TX), and Florida (FL).

Evaluate the psychological impact of abuse, including emotional, psychological, and coercive control dynamics within intimate partner relationships

evaluation process

1. Initial Consultation

We first confirm the type of report that is needed for your case, briefly discuss your situation, and proceed with intake documentation to start the evaluation process.

2. Scheduled Virtual Evaluation Sessions

Two virtual, 1.5 to 2-hour sessions are scheduled that provide an in-depth clinical interview asking questions about your personal and family history. The sessions includes testing and assessment of mental health symptoms.

3. Report preparation & delivery

A comprehensive report is written for your attorney to use as part of your legal proceedings for your immigration case.

    📆 Payment plan is available

  • Yes. Payments are split into two installments. The first half is due prior to your first appointment, and the second half is due prior to your second appointment.

  • Reports are typically completed 2 weeks after the last appointment.

  • Interpreter services can be arranged if needed, with associated fees added based on the provider and session length.
