Even when you’re having a hard time with a difficult life transition, excessive stress, hardship at work, unhealthy relationships, or traumatic experiences that seem to occupy your mind. There’s never a bad time to seek helpful support, and practice to learn strategies that will help restore you.

Taking the step to begin therapy is often times one of the keys to a happier, healthier life. My job is to give you the tools and techniques to achieve a balanced and fulfilling way of living that helps you recognize and embrace the benefits of prioritizing your needs! Therapy sessions will be helpful in guiding you to become better at approaching issues from a mindful, confident perspective; while providing you with accountability as you learn methods of self-care.​

Therapy Options:

Option 1

I offer an individual intensive program where our work together will include 15 hours of therapy sessions over a period of 3 weeks:

Week 1: Two 3-hour sessions 

Week 2: Two 2-hour sessions

Week 3: Two 1-hour sessions

Your investment includes a personalized treatment workbook, a guided therapy kit that contains tools for grounded wellness and mindfulness practices that are incorporated with each session, and for personal use during and after our time together.

Option 2

Weekly therapy appointments that incorporate EMDR, Brainspotting, and talk therapy interventions that support you meeting your therapeutic goals. Plus, strategies that include using wellness practices as part of your daily life.
